I have lived at Wellington Point for 3 years and have never been late on my rent EVER!!!!! Management has gone way down hill and the lack of respect for residents is sad. I was non renewed becasue a neighbor "made" up stuff about my dog. I have a golden retriever come on they are the nicest dogs. I was never told about these issues and wsa non renewed. Let's talk about all the "little" dogs that are walked without leashes and poop all over the place. Isn't that a violation of the lease. Let's talk about all the people leaving trash outside the door especially the ones who should be setting the example. I used to love living here but it has turned into the complex from HELL starting with MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you have a little dog and enjoy being treated like crap move to Wellington Point.

I think that the management is terrible now. They do not follow the rules themselves. The manager allows his dog to use the restroom on the property without picking up after it. He also leaves trash outside his door. Isn't the manager supposed to set the example. The leasing staff is good and are pleasant to deal with. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!

I have met the dog in question and he is a big sweetheart! That's really crappy to make someone move because of what another resident complains about. Were the other resident's complaints even investigated?

I agree with other persons. I have seen the manager when it walks his dog and does not picking up after it

I also know the dog in question and he is TOTALLY a sweetheart! Even though I met him with my dog and they were very excited, he was very kind to my dog. This place has gone down hill, mostly because of the manager that we're talking about...he cares very little for your opinion and will let you know how little he cares

things have started to go down hill. I hated coming home every night and finding trash in the parking lot.

In response to the trash issue... management has no crontrol over that!Residents need to quit being lazy and take their own trash out instead of complaining about it!
