Apartment living is just that: apartment living. Be realistic. Gates create the illusion of security but actually provide little more than inconvenience. A pool, fitness center, and tennis courts look nice, but who's got time for that' In the end, an apartment is a temporary home that should be three things: comfortable, convenient, and inexpensive. This in mind, Wellington Point is a good value. It's conveniently located and well kept. The apartments are big and relatively cheap given the industrial setting. As with any apartment complex, you deal with noisy neighbors, the pets they shouldn't have, and the occasional drunk midnight brawl. People are people. Most keep to themselves and respect those around them. Others care only about themselves and make poor decisions that make life less comfortable for others. The folks in the leasing office are accomodating given the bs they must deal with. Try this: treat people with respect and they may feel more compelled to help you. Sometimes stuff breaks! The maintenance staff is prompt and courteous. In fact, one gentleman even whistles while he works and waves when passing in his golf cart. Sometimes bad stuff happens like vandalism or car theft. Truth is, this happens in the best complexes. Buy insurance! Everything is relative and you get what you pay for. Sometimes it just comes down to luck. Wellington Point is a good apartment complex.
