I lived in Wellington Point for two years and was very happy. The apartments are a good size for the price. I LOVED my closet, it was the size of some bathrooms. The walls were sufficient, I lived on the ground level and rarely heard footsteps above me. The apartment as full washer and dryer connections and updated appliances.

Maintenace was very prompt and always friendly. My requests were always attended to within 24 hours. The managment changed well I was there and there was a noticeable decline in service thereafter, however other than stopping by to pick up a package or drop of my rent, my interaction was limited. To alleviate staff problems, just remember who you spoke to and keep track of things. When I moved out, I got a call some two months later asking me when I would be vacating my apartment and turning in my keys (poor organization with the new group of people there).

Also, the type of resident had changed. Be weary of "rent specials" because they usually attract an undesirable crowd. There were more younger teens who posed a bit of a loitering problem throughout the property.

The property was well kept, however it was irrating to find that the lawnkeepers had blown dirt and grass on my car every thursday. The gate was broken on a few occassions as people will try to follow you into gate. Otherwise, I had no problems in general. There was a small problem with centipedes in my bedroom (which was scary for girl like me), but they were always responsible spraying for the pests.

Great apartment for the price. If I ever move back to Georgia< I would consider living there again.
