I used to live at Wellington Point and I worked in the apartment business. It's funny how everything with renter's is great until they don't get their way. Take the last person's comments for example. There was nothing wrong with the construction when I lived there, nor were there any pest issues.... poor house keeping perhaps' Maybe a hypochondriac' Or, maybe this renter just didn't their way and had to -----, -----, -----. If your worried about break ins and gun fire, then you probably shouldn't live in Atlanta. I used to talk to the managers of Wellington Point a lot since we both worked in the same business. Take it from me, the managers take their job seriously and as far as I now they never spared any expense when it came to satisfying a disgruntled resident. Maybe the person that wrote the last comment should look up the word "-----", they'd probably see their name next to it.... GOOGLE THAT!!!

To whomever wrote this...So what you are saying is that YES there has been gun fire at this complex, car break ins and apartment break ins? I mean afterall you said this is part of living in Atlanta. Well guess what? No it isn't. Stop making excuses for the thugs in there. Oh I do not live in this complex nor would I after reading these reviews. I am someone who is searching for an apartment closer to work since our lovely President is going to cause gas prices to soar with this "cap and trade" crap.
I have lived in the metro area all of my life, and NOBODY no matter where it is they live should have to learn to live with crime the way you make it sound. When you pay for a "gated community" you expect just that. I do not understand why these complexes even run credit and criminal checks, because going by most of these Smyrna reviews running those checks does not work. Good credit does not equal responsible tenant.
