I greatly appreciate this place. The staff has been awesome at fixing any problems and have been great since the beginning. I had some trouble getting into the apts because of other issues, but the management did everything possible to get me in here. Its clean, no pests, rodents or bugs (as of yet) and it's quiet. Of course u may hear occasional noise outside but its a HUGE complex and many people live here. There are many college kids that live here, but if u ever have a problem, just report them. Security has been fine as of right now. I have read the other posts about security concerns, but baby u live in ATLANTA. Every apartment complex has experienced some sort of crime. If u don't want any crime then go live in the boondocks somewhere or in the North Georgia mountains. Just make sure you have renter's insurance and pray for safety. You should be fine......
