*THIS IS KEY* The manager of the property is pleasant. The rest of the staff are cordial. I do appreciate the fact that whenever I've had any maintenance issues they responded immediately.
*If you're looking for a diversed community, comfortable living, nice central location near shopping areas this might be a place you want to consider.

If you're seeking a place that has upgraded appliances, cabinets, fixtures and such this is not the apt community for you. However, if you have an eye for decor, you can fix up your place to your liking. By no means, is this place a dump. It's actually a nice place. The grounds are well kept-it's a gated community conveniently located near the highway & some shopping areas.

I hardly see any of my neighbors. Everyone for the most part seems to be friendly. I don't have any complaints.

I'm not sure about the previous residents that made negative comments. But I do know that you can't please everyone. Folks need to understand that this is an "APARTMENT COMMUNITY" not their private 20 acres of land.

If you were a long time resident you would understand the many disappointments of Wellington. Everyone hates the new property manager, the gate is always broken, and I see my neighbors quite often....they are rude.

I wish I could agree with you in regarding the manager, she speaks to you as you are a nobody.
