Between the clowns above my apt working out on their dumbells and joggers, loud music, and the guy downstairs cooking greens and hog jowels on the deck it was a nightmare. Roving gangs at night and the smell of the city dump and sewage treatment plant when the wind came from the north east was awful. What was teh final issue was that they would do nothing, and even once told me to call the police if I wanted someting done. Then I decided to break out of my Thousand dollar lease for lack of their meeting the rental agreement and they sent their hounds after me. Well, the next one that shows up likely will not return, I have had it. They robbed me and then think I am going to kiss their hinds, I don't think so. It looked good walkinmg in, but after moving in it all changed. I am a senior citizen and expect better. IT WAS AWFUL! I cannot make it any clearer.

I'm truly sorry that you had such a poor experience. I on the other hand as well as several others that I met have not experienced these issues. This year will make it a full year for me and some of my neighbors have been here for at at least 5yrs or more. There is no perfect place but there is a place for everyone and clearly Wellington was not the right place for you. Hopefully you'll find the place that's more suitable for you to rest and be at peace. Best wishes to you!

Wellington Point has become horrible since the beginning on the year.
