I pay a lot of money for rent because I want to live in Vinings/Smyrna, but this place is not worth it. The gates are open 90% of the time. I came here because I wanted the security of a gate. It doesn't do any good if it's open. They do not fix issues in the apartment very quickly. It usually takes 3 or 4 days. The bug problem is ridiculous. There is paint on my carpet. The outside is fairly decent, but I don't live outside. I live in an apartment. I have not gotten what I paid for, and I have since moved to a cheaper apartment that is newer and much nicer. It is in Vinings and has much better service. My advice would be to shop around before moving here.
