I must say that after living here for the last 9 months the best thing that ever happened was me moving out. There are so many things wrong with this place it is ridiculous. First of all the neighbors are awful, playing loud music all day every day, drinking outside my window and leaving beer bottles everywhere! The children are like demons! I wonder where there parents are and why I always have to tell them to stop doing something!(Climbing trees, playing in laundry room) The trash is always unsightly and horrendous to smell. The police is always there arresting someone for something, but that never seemed to make the problems go away.
The apartment itself always had problems. We had these huge jumping bugs that seemed to come from nowhere, and there was a serious mold problem in the bathroom. Their solution was to paint over it. Every time it rained I would expect the carpet to be soaked beside my bed. WHat did management say' They asked me if I had kept my window open! I'm not stupid, there was a leak that they never fixed. It takes about 3 or 4 times for maintenance to come fix something, and when they do they track paint and plaster all over the carpet and don't clean up after themselves. Oh, my roommated car was broken into, as was our neighbors. They tend to play soccer in the parking lots so your car may come up with unexpected knicks. This community is ridiculous. If you think you still may want to live here after reading please visit around 7pm or in the middle of the night so you can see what I am talking about. The rent is real cheap ($557 for 2 bed 1.5 bath) but it was really not worth it.
