I hate it for you if you have a late night job. Parking is HORRIBLE. I have received 3 tickets for parking in front of my apt. My roomates car was broken into and I was chased through the complex building by stray cats, rats and possoms when trying to park 6 blds down NO JOKE. FORGET about peace and quiet you will be awaken almost every night by the sound of some drunk beating his wife whom refuses to press charges or someone having a party that seems to NEVER end. This place is a complete DUMP seriously! I rented for a year because of the contract but stayed in a hotel for 10 months do the math. It will cost you in the long run if you move in here. DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! A "STEAKOUT" is my suggestion arrange a time where you can sit all day, watch the traffic, and please dont go alone be smart and bring roach spray, those rat trap things and a bebe gun to shoot all the wild animals that are sure to be waiting on you. Make sure you visit on the weekend as well. Remember you get what you pay for.
