Unfortunately, the previous reviews were correct. I think that what makes this place the worst is the management company. I've had to report them to the BBB 3 times since I've lived here. They make up their own office hours and falsely advertise. I had a friend move in and it's taken me 7 months to get my referral bonus.
The people in the office are consistently changing. The only one who has stayed the same is Angelica. She's very nice but doesn't really get anything done.
There have been 3 shootings there in the past 10 years. Two of these shootings occured while I was living there. The property is maintained ok but the maintenance men lie about fixing something. I had a bathtub leak for 3 months before they came out and fixed it. And they did a -------- job at that.
And they don't tell us when work is being done. We're having the faces of the apartments re-done and they didn't even let us know when they were working on ours! I found out when my dog was barking at 2 men perched on my balcony.
All I know is that my lease can't end fast enough.
The only good thing is the pricing but the apartments aren't that great. The walls are paper thin and so are the ceilings.

maria castro does not know how to do her job well.. I don't think she knows what she's doing and needs to be fired...There was a muder on march 16th it was all over the news. I'ts not a safe place to live. The only thing that's nice is the model apartment, because when you move in the apartments are broke down and has roachessssssssss the big ones...
