You would be better off living in a cave

This was the worst experience of my life. The maintenence men are not even capable of replacing a light bulb, much less a decent repair.
Be prepared to tiptoe around your apartment. Simply coming home from work will net you a noise violation. Collect 3 of these and they break your lease for you to the tune of about $3,000.
