Rent is reasonable, location is good, its mostly quiet, and seems safe.
Office staff can be inept and maintenance requests for your apartment aren't taken seriously. You have to stay on both to get stuff done.
But we haven't had any serious problems that required major attention, which is good, and the overall grounds are nice and well kept (they must outsource this).
The only major problem we've had is with 'Eddie' and crew: the local teenage idiots who have taken to pulling fire alarms and spraypainting various things. There was a spurt of this from 2-04 to 4-04 or so, but it hasn't happened since so they might have thrown them out. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
