I have paid my rent on time every month (never have missed a beat). If I don't have to deal with the office staff I don't (especially the dizzy bleach blonde. I don't feel secure with the flimsy door locks. My I called for a couple when I first moved in. They do come (and in a timely manner), however, the repair is never done. But they leave note that they have fixed the problem. Depending on my weather, I have had ants, flies, etc. The grounds are beautiful unless you leave in my unit becaause my neighbors throw their garbage and cigarettes right from their balcony. I never know what to expect. My neighbors are noisy. They stay on their balconies to wee hours of the morning. I'm moving at the end of my lease.
