The apartments where sold and are now called Orion at Killian. Lived here over 2.5 years and will be moving when my lease is up. Prety much sick of this place.

Pluses: New owners/management seem to be trying to clean this place up. Hopefully they will do more than slap a paint of coat on the place. Is/Was heading towards becoming the next Snellville ghetto. The grounds are overall nice. People in the office are nice. Great location.

Minuses: The walls and floors are paper thin. If they would put some decent padding under the carpet it might help. You hear everything in the apartment above and below you. Paying premium dollars for a gated community where the gates have been broken for over six months. Gates have worked maybe 30% of the time since I have been here. Kids running rampant with no parental control through the place. Kids have pulled the fire alarms four or five times since I have been here. Nothing done by management. If you are looking at these apartments, look behind the buildings.
Never do squat to the landscaping behind the buildings.

Once you rent here, you feel like you got taken on a lemon car by a used car salesman.
