Beware! Under new management

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
This complex is no longer an AMLI complex. I never had a single problem until the complex was sold to Orion. Now, the people in the leasing office don't care about their tenants. Maintenance requests get ignored. There was a water main break in the complex and no one was notified. They just left us to wonder. They started renovating the outside of the front apartments 2 months ago and they have not set a date for completion, leaving the apartments looking ugly and unfinished. Who knows how much these unneccessary changes are going to cost the residents...
