I like Orion Creek and mostly because it is beautiful and the management are management who are humane and educative. The maintenace are great, too. I never had an incident where they would not come at that particular moment when I needed them. Once I went to work and thought I forgot the oven on. All I did was called Orions and the maintenance went at my apartment and checked it and called me to let me know that it was off. First of all, this tells you you got a family that you can depend on and leaves you with no worry. These employees and management make this complex a great place for everyone to reside in. Therefore, things such as crime happen anymore in the world and I am pretty sure they are less likely to occur at Orions than other apartment complex in Gwinnett County. No matter what happens joy and happiness can be found at Orions Creek. Will never forget the joy in this apartment complex!!!! Good Luck to all...... Give Orion Creek a look at and I am sure you are going to want to stay there for a long time to come.

Unfortunately I was the other resident on the lower floor that was robbed at the same time. I have to agree that the teenagers in the neighborhood are a little more evident now that it's hot outside BUT they are respectful. I do think their parents need to monitor them alot more as far as the time of day they are out. The problem is the horrible nieghborhood within walking distance to us. It is definitely not of the same standard and I think they are the cause of some problems. I WOULD recommend this neighborhood because the management has been very cooperative and fast with handling this situation. I've been here for four years and this was the 1st incident I had, but not the 1st on the property. These things happen all the time no matter where you live. I hope you know that some properties don't send out letters when things happen, setting you up for an incident. I just hope the courtesy officers and management pay closer attention now when they are on property to loitering because these things are happening in broad day light. I really can't complain about anything else.
