Okay, here's the real deal about this complex: It's not all it's cracked up to be. There are never any specials. You pay a $1000 a month for so called luxury, yet you can here everything that goes on outside within your apartment. The carpet is cheap, the walls are paper thin, and the paint is cheap. If something gets broken, you might want to fix it yourself. We have had 4 management changes within the last three years. Our current property manager is a b****. She does not help out with anything. Although, this may seem like a wonderful complex on the outside, it does have it's share of problems. There is a lot of noise, we have people popping firecrackers at all times of night, we've had apartments and cars broken into, and there are teenages walking around the grounds selling weed/drugs. Yes, we have an onsite police officer living here, but he doesn't do anything(he only walks around for maybe two hours at night from 9-11p.m. and then he's ghost). To sum this all up: For the amount of money you'll have to pay to stay here, buy/rent a HOUSE!!!!!!!
