I had a problem with my air conditioner and called the maintenance line. No one ever called back that night. The next day I found a work order on my counter. I did not leave the house and could not fathom how maintenance got in here without me knowing. After thinking about it, I realized maintenance came in my apartment while I was in the shower. I called over to the office to complain that a maintenance MAN was in my apartment while I was in the shower. I feel this is inappropriate and unacceptable. Donna Grisham told me that Calvin did not know anyone was home although the television was on and the shower was going as well. The shower is right by the front door in the first room yet he did not hear running water. I am not buying it. He did not knock on the door nor did he yell out maintenance. This bastard could have been looking at me while I was in the shower and I would not have even known. Donna Grisham could not see the harm of him being in my apartment while I was naked in the shower. I wanted to speak to someone higher up than Donna because obviously this -----'s sew in hair is too tight. I called the regional manager Melanie Poole whom I had to call several times before speaking with her. She proceeds to tell me how she was out of the office and does not check her voice mail. At this point I am livid because I have been calling her for a week with no response. I told her I do not appreciate Calvin being in my apartment while I was in the shower. I also told her that Donna wants to tell me how long she has known Calvin. I let her know I don't give a damn how long she has know Calvin. I don't know him and even if I did I don't want him or any other maintenance worker in my apartment when I am in the shower. Melanie proceeds to tell me that I need to speak with her professionally or she will hung the phone up. So I told her that I do not know how in the hell Calvin did not hear the shower going with the door open. This ----- hangs up on me. I don't work for this ----- and I don't need to speak to her professionally. I called her back, finished telling her what I needed to say and hung up on her just as she did me. Apparently they are okay with this type of behavior from their staff. I see the ignorance comes from the top. These people are ignorant, have no customer service skills, and do not care about your well-being. Do not move here and pass this information on. Ladies are assaulted and killed all the time because of incidents like this. Ladies that live here please be careful!!
