Don't live at the Garden District!!! - I agree with the last review on here!! The Garden District is run by the RUDEST people!!! I lived there and couldn't wait to move. Home Away From Home! I began my my college journey three years ago in August 2006. I toured many apartment complexs in Statesboro but none of them felt like home like the Woodlands did. They have a friendly staff that made me feel like family. Also I was amazed at how the property was well

It's bad in the woods!!!! Underage drink,people that can't drive to save their lives, snotty RUDE roommates, RUDE office staff that just find ways to take your money. I move out no one been there all mth yet we went over 30 bucks each. BULL CRAP!!!! It should have been on 79!!!

I love Eagle's Landing. Especially AD. She rocks! She should get a promotion. She should basically be running the place! And by AD, I mean Ashley Denise Webster. Kenny is also a great maintenance man. Sarah is pretty good too. Especially at Taboo, that girl is on FIRE!

great place Great place to live. I have lived here for 3 years and had zero problems. The staff has always been helpful and courtious. The only time I have heard a complaint is from a friend or neighbor who has caused problems or had a pet that caused problems. The staff was very matter of fact
