New Construction/Large Rooms/Private Baths Close to Georgia Southern campus, Copper Beech is relatively new construction. I am in a three story townhome with 4 BR 4.5 baths. Bedrooms and the unit itself are roomy/well maintained. I like the private bath. Tenants get a reserved parking space.

Extra Charges When You Leave OUr daughter lived in the Exchange in the 2010-2011 school year and when she moved out we received a huge bill saying all these things like carpet, mirror doors, etc. needed replacing. I personally moved her out and saw that the apartment was completely in tact
