I am currently searching for a nice community within the Henry County School district. I stumbled across this community by accidently making a wrong turn. I stopped in to view the model, and I am hear to tell you, I LOVE THIS COMMUNITY!!!!! I have looked at several Stockbridge apartments and these are by far the best. They have wonderful amenities (valet trash, a baseball field, basketball court, and a soccer/football field). It is wonderful for families and the location is so convenient to the interstates, dining, and shopping. I have heard that the schools for this community are very good, which is top priority for me. I cannot wait to move to Camden Stockbridge!!! The rent is also very reasonable considering all the residential amenities. I also had a very positive and professional visit with the office staff, I worked with Mary Ella. If you are looking for a top notch community in the Stockbridge area, I would definitely suggest that you stop by and see this community.


***Based on the reviews that some have written I know there is a difference from the outside looking in, but I am a firm believer that you never get a second chance to make a first impression, and based on that impression, I believe this is a great community.

This was written by a lease agent... The rates are reasonable until they hit you up with ALL OF THEIR FEES!!! The TRASH VALET they say is an "amenity" COSTS $30 A MONTH for someone to pick up your trash and YOU MUST PAY IT. IT IS NOT AN OPTION. Also, the cable is through Comcast, which I suppose is okay, BUT YOU HAVE TO GET YOUR SERVICE THROUGH THE COMPLEX starting at $45 for the "extended" cable that they claim is another "amenity." IT IS, AGAIN, NOT AN OPTION. In short, they tack $75 to your rent before you even hit the lock. Furthermore, when you go to their website, the low price is TODAY'S PRICE. That is to say, if you have all of your belongings outside in a truck and are going to take possession of the apartment on the spot, that day. Otherwise, the rent starts shooting up. They expect you to pay a HIGHER PRICE PER MONTH ON YOUR LEASE IF YOU TELL THEM IN ADVANCE YOU WANT THE APARTMENT. Up to $109.00 MORE A MONTH FOR IN PUTTING A 3 WEEK ADVANCE NOTICE OF LEASE TO TAKE POSSESSION LIKE A NORMAL PERSON LOOKING FOR A NEW PLACE TO RENT. A $750 dollar apartment (with the extra $75 in fees tacked on) goes up to $859.00 A MONTH.
