I am a resident at this property as well. Even though they have increased the amount of the referral to $400 I would not recommend this property to anyone if the remainder of my rent was free until my lease was up. The management is horrible and the one friendly, and competent person they had working in the office(Tiffany) isn't there anymore. I really hope in the future that Mr. Steven Bell screens his employees more carefully in the future, because customer service delivery is a big determining factor of whether or not people stay or leave. The property manager is not friendly or helpful unless there is some money involved. It is obvious that certain types of residents are treated better than others.
