I have lived here for 2 and 1/2 years. It was great when we first moved here. The staff was great, willing to help you with anything, maintance was great. But everything has gone downhill since we signed our second lease.
Rent continually goes up by unexplanable amounts. Wear and tear on these apartments is hell. They look good at first but it doesnt last. The carpet is cheap, lookes horrible after a year, will easliy come up in corners and at the seams. There is only one coat of paint on everything, and the bathroom fixtures were never sealed right.
New management has completly ruined my willingness to stay here any longer. They are unwilling to help out on any subject. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER. They are right and you are wrong. You ask for any maintance to be done and they will come up with some excuse as to how you broke it so they wont fix it.
All the fees have been raised and they have switched to a water company that can't decide when they want the bill due...sparatic dates each month. Managment will not help wth any such issue either.
And now with a drug bust and a shooting...i want nothing to do with the place.
DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR APPEARANCES....THIS IS NOT A NICE PLACE TO LIVE!!!!
