Where is the manager'

Does anyone know where the manager of Carrington Ridge is' It annoys me that when I come to the office or call to speak with the manager he is never available. Why is the assistant left to do his job. It?s ok in certain situations but not all. I would like to see more of the manager or promote the assistant since she?s always accessible and the designated manager isn?t.
