I would have to agree with a lot of the reviews that were unhappy with Carrington Ridge.
The pool is always packed with children (unsupervised)
There are not enough chairs at the pool from all of the non-residents that come use the pool.
Overall the pool is not a relaxing experience.
There is no notification of any upcoming events such as repaving the parking lot. Which means your car gets towed without any notification when your travelling.
Overall in a nutshell, this is not a luxury type apartment, so do not pay for it!
