We had no problems at all...I don't get the negative stuff.

My girlfriend and I had lived here for a year and really enjoyed this place. The office was friendly, especially Trisha who helped us so much at the beginning. If there was a problem, it was fixed quickly. We stayed behind the building, downstairs, and away from the parking lot; so it was quiet. Maybe we were lucky, but we recommend the place.
