for starters, in reference to the management situation here, there is new management. her name is amy, and if she's not here, she DOES return calls first thing the next day. i personally have had no problems since she took over and if she's not in the office, trisha will definately assist you and make sure amy follows up. as for maintainance, heath has to be the tightest run maintance manager i've seen (and i've lived in three different communities).they even reward the children on friday if they bring in their grade slips and have made good grades for the week! have you ever seen that one before'' they have several parties and get-togethers during the year where they try to get the community involved and even host a community yard sale. i've been here since december of 2003 and dont plan on moving until i get a house; am actually thinking of upgrading from a one bedrooom to a 2 bedroom when my lease expires this year. and as for the previous notes of crime, i work with a police department locally (not henry county) and cheked into the safety before moving here since i was going to be living alone. trust me, if there was such crime and disgrace, i would not have signed on the dotted line. the staff have been more than pleasant and helpful to me with even minor things.
