I moved into Carrington Ridge in 2005 until recently this year. I absolutely LOVED them! I am a college student and I wanted to stay around my school so Carrington Ridge was perfect for my roommate and I. In my previous apartments I had problems with bugs, gates never working, and rude leasing office staff but at Carrington Ridge we were always happy. We leased a two bedroom apartment for ONLY 735 a month. Where else can you find REAL luxury apartments with deals like that'' That price included washer and dryer, cable, and alarm. . . . The maintenance guy is wonderful! There were two guys I remember seeing in the mornings and afternoons that kept the grounds looking nice and an emergency guy at night! It's an apartment so of course sometimes there was noise however, I lived in a 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom building which meant families. I felt safe at Carrington Ridge because it's away from the busy streets and I would recommend ANYONE to live here. The only reason I left was because it was too far from my new job and my roommate and I were splitting. I must say though that I REALLY miss Carrington Ridge!!
