I currently live at Carrington Ridge and it is not what others say. the apartments are very nice. Work orders do get done in a timely manner(you arent the only resident you have to remember that!) Also, they work with you if you have any problems and they dont have to do that! You also have to understand that you make the diction to accept apartment living you have to understand that yes you will hear your neighbors and that is something you live with! If you dont want to do that.... get a house! It is a great place to live and the prices are really good as well.
p.s no one can promise your safety houses get robbed more than apartments if you dont believe me call your local police department.
The only thing that is a problem is getting out of the complex and that is not their falt. they dont have the power to change that....
