Eastwood Village was my first and last apartment experience. My husband and I moved in thinking this was going to be a great experience. To begin, the major issues of this complex are... 1) The staff is very arrogant and when you have an issue they are always "working on it". We have had several problems with our roof leaking and our wall had a large brown spot on it for 4 mos before they came and painted over it (you can still see the brown). Seems like the staff is more concerned with gossiping with and about you than helping you. 2) The pool is disgusting. There are constantly teenagers at the pool at night screaming and having parties and we have contacted the security officer about it and nothing has ever been done. we gave up on that issue. 3)There was a mentally ill woman that moved in the apartment below mine, apparently she lived in the back and now wanted to move up front. one night she decided to pull the fire alarm and flood some people's apartments. this excrutiating high pitched alarm was going off for 5 hours. none of the management could figure out how to turn the alarm off. Two problems here, the fact they didn't have enough sense to screen this woman and realize she was a loon and second, they dont seem to have a hold of what they are doing. how can you not know how to turn your alarm off' I would say that all of these issues are just some of what people are having as well because there are now 8 vacant apartments in our building.

I would recommend against anyone moving in here. They seem great on the outside, but only until they get you in.
