I have lived in Eastwood Village since last July. My experience has been overall pleasant and worry free. My apartment wasn't ready on my date of move-in, but they put us up and paid for our meals.

Maintenance responds in a reasonable amount of time, although they may need to come again for to fix the dish washer. My dishwasher hasn't worked well since I moved in, due in part to the wrong wheels holding the bottom rack off the spinner. The office staff is fantastic, and really make the effort to make residents feel at home.

Security officers, police officers, and military personnel and their families live throughout the complex. The neighbors are friendly.

I would recommend this complex to anyone moving into the area. I find that it is a relaxing place to come home to, and that I am not worried to walk my dog in the middle of thie night, nor am I concerned about the security of my vehicle or other belongings.

I love my apartment, and feel that Eastwood Village has done as much as any complex could to create a positive, connected community. They often have programs or contests for the residents, and really make an effort to know the residents.

I would live here again!
