Eastwood Village Apartments looks wonderful from the outside, and even when you take a tour, it isn't until you move in that you realize how much of a slum it is. By that time you've practically signed your life away to live here. I've lived in my apartment since August and everyday since then I have found something wrong with it. From the day I moved in I put in work orders to have things fixed. It is now mid-November and not one thing has been worked on. Another eyesore in the apartment is the poor repair work done in the past. Instead of painting an entire wall they paint patches, paint fades over time and you can see the difference. Somebody must have had a knock down drag out in here because it is blatantly obvious where they have "patched" the walls. Other faults include the poorly sealed tub that is seperating from the hastily grouted tiles, the cracks in the outside walls from where the building is settling rapidly and the paper thin walls/floors that allow you to hear your neighbor do everything. When you move in they lead you to believe that they really care about you, your family and even your pets. How much do they really care though if they charge too much for so little and don't fix the problems you moved into' Don't let them fool you like they fooled me!
