if you like to do your own maintance...change your air filters & ask for the pest control folks to come out & you have to search the back office for your packages from UPS or fed ex (safe right, anyone could walk out with your package)...you will love eastwood village. i have lived there 4 years and this has been the 1st lease renewal that i have been ready to move. the gate doesn't work, parking sucks, and you have to ask for your outdoor lights to be fixed when they go out. but other than that they do a great job collecting your rent with a smile
