When I moved in here, the place was quite and I like it. However, recently the after school mob that swams through the complex is often noisy and disruptive. Don't try to have your window open between 3 and 5 or your apartment will be filled with constant screaming. Periodically a swarm of after schoolers will parade down my street being as loud as the Macy's Thansgiving Day Parade. Very disturbing... The weight room and tennis court are becoming very run down as tenants are treating them very poorly.
