1. there are cats and kittens EVERYWHERE
2.they have complimentary garbage service-which is why there are tons of cats-plus they have a trash compactor, how lazy are you if you actually use this service'
3. when ive left messages ive NEVER gotten called back
4. my neighbors below me and next to me and above me are always loud and it took me bugging the cops to get it under control.
the gym was a joke-havent been in it since they got "new equipment"
5. dont get an apt near the pool. get one in the back of the complex. people at the pool stay out there till 11 and are loud.
6. the grills are crap!
7. the gates are sometimes open and people slip behind you all the time so thats not very secure. then to leave the apt it takes forever for the gate lever to come up.
8. the fourth of july there were people up till 1 with firworks for the next 3 days

great for walking exercise-though the trail doesnt seem complete to me-
