You said that Management never addressed your concerns, yet you said that they told the person "who complained", what else can they do but address a concern and try to solve it, they are leasing people and management, not COPS or NYPD. Call 911 if you feel unsafe. I live here and I love it.I walk for exercise at night and know all my neighbors. Maybe if you took the time to get to know your neighbors your car wouldn't have been vandalized. GET REAL!!!
