These apartments are horrible, mgmt constantly changes therefore the rules and leases change. When I first moved here they were among the best in the area, now they just keep going further down hill. The last manager stole money so now they are increasing rent prices. Nothing and I mean NOTHING ever works, the access gate, the fitness center is non existent, the same can be said for the business center that does not have working equipment. Repairs!! forget it they fix things when they want, well what can you say when you only have 2 maintenance men!! they dont do background or credit checks who ever works can move in, plain and simple. They loose packages and deny that they have ever been delivered, they wont do pest control. THey hold your rent payments and then try to charge you a late fee. I am soooooo glad that my lease is up in 15 days and I regret every day thay I have spent here.
