I lived there for 1 year and my concerns were the spiders which were a lot of them. They did not spray never atleast I never saw them spray. The other concern was that they did not repair anything I put in a work order for my toilets and bathtubs and I never had them repaired. Other than that, I did not have any other problems. However, the spiders I feel are a danger. I found myself killing a lot of spiders daily.
