as u can see I think this was a great choice I mde when I lived at Eastwood Village...
I lived there over 2 years actually, now overseas, but I was just checking in cause I a mthiking of coming back...
WHY would I come back to a place if they were DIRTY, LOUSY and all....
so 1st of all, that the STaff changes should not be that big a DEAL.. yes that happens but that does not mean that Regulations change, small things might change but they can't change major things about ur Lease and stuff.... so that is stupid reasoning..
Parking and light always good, very Safe...
I do admit one thing, the Gate was broke for many month in Summer of 2006 I think it was, due to Lightning they said and the part that was broke took for ever , when it came it was the wrong one....
THAT IS THE ONLY THING really that was BAD...
while I lived there I had 3 referrals of which 2 are still there 1 moved out of state after being there for a whole year....
I nbever had Spiders, Rotches or whatever only once i had a yellow jackets nest on my Padio, the Staff gave me something to get rid of them as soon as I asked...
I am looking at moving back into Eastwood whenI come back to America, and unless the new Management is really as bad as some in here make it seem, I know I will be staying there, cause the Price was very good for WHAT u get and close to I-75 and 675...
I could go on, I had no complaints, even when the Gate was broke Safety was not an Issue and I lived right in the front building(No 2) at that time..
