There seems to be an ongoing theme to these reviews and other reviews for the Connor Group properties.

Prospective residents rent a particular unit and when they show up to sign the lease the apartment they were going to move into has been rented to someone else. New resident usually ends up with a different unit that isn't clean and hasn't been serviced.
