I moved in during the summer thinking that I had found a nice and safe place to live.
The first problem we had was that they didn't provide over head lights in any of the bedrooms or in the living room. So you are left to figure out which light switchs go to which electric outlets. And to tell you the truth, we still haven't figured out what most of them go to! But then again, I only wish that was my only problem!

At first it wasn't that bad, but a few months after we moved in management changed. Many of my friends have children and when family comes in from out of town they stay here, too bad they can't get a good night sleep! The parking lot is constantly full of rowdy kids who apparently have no supervision or if they are old enough to take care of themselves, obviously weren't raised with any respect for themselves, much less for others. They constantly speed through the parking lot, squealing tires and acting completely out of control. I've had to literally reach out and grab a child right next to me in fear that the driver of a truck would run us both over. Not only that, you can walk outside in the breezeway at least 4 nights out of the week and the air smells of marijuana or they are outside arguing about drugs.

The Parking varies from time to time, most of the time people can't even park so they take up at least 2 parking spaces. Then we have those that like to party all weekend and are either parked literally up on the walk way or they just double park their cars at the end of the sidewalk. And if you are parked against the curb, you have to find who is parked there and try to get them to move, if they are sober enough! There are people all the time standing on the sidewalk talking on their phones or their Nextels and it's never during the day it's usually around 3 am, when normal people are trying to sleep!

Plus everyone seems to have a dog as well, which I am an animal lover, but do you have to allow your pets to go to the restroom in the grass where people walk' Or better yet, they walk them around the playground and allow them to go just anywhere. I can't tell you how many times I've had to clean shoes because of other people's carelessness! Seems to me it would be better to allow them to go to the restroom on the backside of the buildings!

When I moved in I was given a thick package of papers to sign with rules and regulations. One of which said that if trash was in the breezeway that the complex would fine us $50 per bag. Funny, trash sits outside for days and no one does anything about it. I've had problems with ants, they've sprayed but it's not accomplished much of anything.

I've complained to management several times and nothing has changed. Their excuse has been that they can't do anything if they don't know what apartment they live in, the problem is, most of them don't even live here. I've produced car descriptions and tag numbers and still they say they can't do anything about it.

I would not recommend this place to anyone.... unless you are looking for a constant party.
