I have lived at Glenwood for several years and have had many maintenance and management problems throughout. They treat long-term residents very badly. It seems they are more worried about taking fees from you or signing new leases. The owners monopolize the cable and water. You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls and floors. Appliances are less then reliable and never fixed properly or replaced. My car has been vandalized and broken into in the past. I would not recommend this community to anyone no matter how high the referral fee.
