The staff is very nice and understanding and seems to be genuinly concern about issues, complaints,etc; and address them promptly. The grounds are kept very clean, The landscape is nice,The lighting and parking is above average. The parking is plentiful and the spaces are large enough for me to park and unload my minivan comfortably.
If I had a complaint it would be that maybe the insulation isn't adequate, not only can you hear you upstairs neighbors but my masterbedroom gets 5-10 degrees colder than the rest of the apartment if the door is closed.
