This was a great place to live about three years ago..... there have been several break ins residents homes and cars........ and it is not truly a gated community. You can pull up and walk through a path way where you can easily get into the complex......also around back there are homes and trailer homes where numerous teenagers walk through the complex. You can complain all you want but nothing will be done. I do not recommend anyone to live there.....they will make you get renter's insurance so that they will not be responsible for your stolen or vandalized property and it is not worth it....... They have no simpathy they will try to hold you liable for rent if you break your lease early for this type of incident......so think twice about the safety of your family and children
