I have been a resident here for almost a year and my kids and I love it. The Staff has been really helpful and prompt when addressing service needs to my residence. The Management team is very courteous and professional.They listen and take notes and do a thorough job at handling all the issues I have when i have needed them. One thing I would like to see be addressed is the gated system, since there have been numerous times the gates have had to be fixed or replaced. But overall, my family and I are well pleased and plan to stay on board here at Glenwood Vista.

Mgmt must pick and choose which residents they respond to in a timely manner. I just got a paint job that had been repeatedly requested for over 2 months, w/the maintainence man trying to tell me I had to bring something to the rent office to get the paint in and paint the shelf myself!!! Its just crazy, thats what I pay my rent for.
