The inside of the apartment is the only thing that is wonderful about the place. I love having my washer/dryer hook up right in the apartment and unlike most I have seen the facility is really in another part of the apartment (not in the kitchen), but other than that the place is a nightmare. You have way to many people there and not enough parking spaces. Also, there is too many people in one apartment - in some of the places you have three families living in a 3 bdrm (way to many people). I am leaving now and I must say I am excited to leave. There is no playground for the children so they just play in the street, no good area for barbeque or just relaxing. There are no ammenties, just a dirty pool that since I been there (which is one year)they only cleaned once. Rent is always due on time but fixing up the place is not getting ready to happen. Staff changes faster than I can change my socks. I was told that Knight Chase is getting ready to get bought by the apartment complex in front of them - Thank God. Let's hope that they will come in and make Knight Chase the community it can be. As of right now I am glad to be leaving and I would not recommend any of my friends or family to stay there or move in.
