First off let me just say that the first 7 months here were GREAT. Quiet, clean, management was wonderful, and maintanence couldn't have been better. The few complaints we had were solved IMMEDIATELY and without fuss. Slowly, just before the new management arrived, things have begun to change.

The security gates that have been installed have been BROKEN at least 6 times. They have been repaired so crappily that you can now squeeze through the two wodden arms acting as "Security Gates". My husband has an truck and can breeze right through...
The actual metal gates have yet to work....

As you enter the apartment complex you treated to a lovely view of the attached golf course, followed by a piled high trash compactor. Oh, and be careful not to speed through the gates, as you're likely to hit a three year old
on her tricycle, her parents nowhere in sight.

The clientele of the apartments has begun to deteriorate and apparently people no longer abide by the rules written on the lease. Our neighbor was working on a junk car today with antifreeze running through the streets when the lease specifically states "No work is to be done on cars on St. Ives property." I'm sure minor things like oil changes are ok, but this guy seemed to be replacing his radiator!

Unless you don't mind 20 kids,explicit rap music at a high volume, and roughly only 4 "adults" to supervise, don't bother visiting the pool. Although it is nice, you might have to try to enjoy it at 8:30 on a sunday morning or midway through the workweek..and forget about when school is out.

Oh and one last thing...The breezeways ECHO...so if your neighbors have been out celebrating and drinking till 4am, you'll hear every stomp,laugh,giggle, and word...

We will NOT be renewing our lease.
