When I moved to St. Ives Crossing, the management staff was helpful and courteous. The grounds were well kept, the mailboxes and trash compactor looked neat and kept up. I was a very happy resident. After the new management took over, however, everything went downhill. The trash overflowed every week, the mail area was always littered with an overflowing trash can, the so-called security gates were broken more than they were operational, and the management staff is the most useless group of people. Not only are they difficult to deal with, they are unexcusably unprofessional. Overall, although I enjoyed living at St. Ives for the first year, the last term was awful, and I would not recommend this complex to anyone.
