I lived at St Ives Crossing for 1 year before being transferred. I liked living there. I lived in a one bedroom on the top floor facing the swimming pool. I felt safe walking my dog at night, and never had much problems with noise at the pool or in the hall ways. I had both the old management and the new. Both were good. The new manager made my transfer easy. She worked out a payment plan that was great and I was able to pay it off in a timely manner. I could not have been happier the year I spent there and as for the management, once again, they went over and beyond the call of duty to help me out.
Just consider when reading the reviews that most of the people that take the time to submit their opinion are the ones complaining. They are made about the rent because they were late and had fees, or the pool because they wanted to stay, they are upset about the maintenance because they forgot to take their trash out and got a fee charged, etc. You get the point, realize that typically the ones compaining are mad about something that is typical in a apt community.

I DON'T AGREE AT ALL WITH THIS PERSON'S STATEMENT. IF YOU WANT AN ACCURATE PICTURE OF HOW THE CONNOR GROUP WORKS, CHECK OUT SOME OF THEIR APARTMENT REVIEWS IN DAYTON, OH (WHERE THEY STARTED OUT AT). LOOK AT GEORGETOWN OF KETTERING, STEEPLECHASE, CASTLEBROOK, AND CAMBRIDGE COMMONS. IT IS THE SAME STORY ALL THE TIME: RUDE MANAGEMENT, RODENT PROBLEM, CRAZY PEOPLE LIVING THERE!!! THE CONNOR GROUP ARE DISHONEST AND SHODDY BUSINESSMEN. I AM WRITIING THIS AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY LATE PAYMENTS ON RENT OR ANY OTHER FEES. BEWARE OF CONNOR GROUP!!!!!!
