My experience went ------ before I even got started....My fiancee and I went in to fill out an application, we were met by two "friendly" women. We took a tour of the complex. We decided to fill out an application and put down our $60 fee luckily I wrote a check, this was on a Saturday. The lady said she would call back on Tuesday. On Tuesday afternoon I tried to follow up with her on how everything was going as far as verifying employment. My phone call went unanswered so I left a message. Over the next week, my fiancee and I constantly called only to reach the answering machine, message after message was left and never was a phone call returned. Finally fed up we went back to get our check since it hadn't gone through the bank, my financee went in to get it and was met with the lady that informed him that she had spoken with me and she had told me we had been approved. Not once did they try to contact me, THANK GOD we got out of that before we got in over our heads! And people... make sure you look around, there are plenty of apartments in Stockbridge a lot cheaper that are brand new....
